After reinstalling my game and wanting to add my nexus mods back through Vortex, I noticed I had a very large amount of mods. Redownloading them would make the process of going through each mod's individual page and selecting between slow or fast downloads every time an incredibly annoying chore. first you need the creation kit which you can get off the bethesda launcher, you have to DL the file manually then input it in your data folder, go to the creation kit and import the ESM being skyrim and whatever other ESM's are required (like textures for DLC) once you load everything find the mods textures/open it up then you should be able to close it out, save/overwrite, and the textures. When you download the specific mod you mention, it is a.7z Zip archive ending in.7z. It is not a folder; don't unpack it. On the Vortex SSE mods page, just drag this.7z archive to the drop zone at the bottom of the page. Vortex will happily add your mod.
